Just purchased a 2023 Cougar 29BHL from Tony at the Nacogdoches location and the experience was 5 stars. Tony even drove 2 hours to my house to deliver the finance paperwork so my wife could sign it the night prior and not have to bring her and our baby on the trip to pick up the rig. Thomas was wonderful. Traveling from St. Louis for a wedding in Houston. Camper slides would not open. They are backlogged on other campers. They told us to come in and they would take a look. By the grace of God, nothing major. Thomas fixed it and then showed us what to do if it happens again. Would highly recommend Genuine RV. Everyone was so kind in helping up when we were in a jam.
